How does billing work?
The programme is billed monthly at 1,200€ or annually at 960€/month (billed as a single payment of 11,520€). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You manage billing directly through Hive.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no penalties. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions run for 12 months with a 14-day cooling-off period at the start.
Do I need prior Better or openEHR experience?
No. The programme is designed for first-time users. Training materials on Hive, community support, and advisory sessions are included to help your team get started.
Is this a production-ready licence?
No. The programme covers development, evaluation, and testing. When your team is ready for production deployment, we'll help you move to the right licence.
How many people can use it?
The programme includes a team licence with unlimited users. No per-user fees, no restrictions on team size. Your entire team can work on the Platform at the same time, each with their own access.
Can I publish my app to the Better Marketplace?
Yes. Applications built in the programme can be published to the Better Marketplace, subject to standard review guidelines.
