Professor Rachel Dunscombe is the CEO of Health Level Seven International and former CEO of openEHR International. She has led services to enable health delivery for hospitals, community services and social care both regionally and at an international level. She provided the lead AI health policy advisory for the AI council, as well as advisory services to the Secretary of State for Health in the UK. Rachel has received a visiting professorship at Imperial College, London.

He is an experienced manager of teams building world-class software products for more than 30 years and has a proven track record of delivering innovative turn-key solutions for large clients in healthcare, telecommunications, and finance. He is always challenging teams to build better software using state-of-the-art technology, architectures, and processes, and has a good understanding of software platforms, architecture, deployment, and business models.
