Programme Director, Urgent Care Plan

Currently working as the Programme Director for the London Urgent Care Plan Programme, Murrae Tolson is a transformation lead with more than 20 years of health and social care experience. She has led improvement programmes across NHS and social care programmes by facilitating decision-making from ward to board. She is a change agent who facilitates mutual understanding of issues, co-creation of solution, and their implementation.
