Pablo Serrano Balazote is the Planning Director at the Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre in Madrid, specialising in health informatics and healthcare management. He is also an investigator at the Investigation Unit of Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre and a scientific expert for the Infobanco project. Previously he was leading the research and quality unit of Fuenlabrada’s Hospital for over 9 years.
