Product Manager, Better Meds

A medical doctor with a BSc in Economics and years of experience working in clinical practice, Dora helps build a product that enables clinicians to work more safely and efficiently and to provide patient-centred care. She successfully completed the Harvard Medical School postgraduate programme and is one of the co-founders of a German healthtech startup that provides digital solutions. 

Silvija Gregorčič

Product Designer, Better Meds

Silvija is a design lead with experience across multiple domains, from back-office tools to complex workflow applications. She is a passionate design advocate, promoting the use of design systems to create consistent and scalable products. She recently gave a speech at the European Design Awards 2025 on designing products for healthcare. At Better, she leads the design of Better Meds’ mobile app, creating intuitive interfaces that surface the right information at the right moment, reduce cognitive load, and support safer, more efficient care. By collaborating closely with users, she ensures her designs solve real-world challenges while enhancing the experience for both clinicians and patients.

Charles Lake

MD, Product Specialist, Better

Charles is a Product Specialist at Better and a practising emergency medicine doctor in the NHS. He has successfully completed clinical fellowships with Patchwork Health and Bitelabs, strengthening his experience in workforce optimisation, digital transformation, and user-centred product development. Combining clinical insight with digital innovation, he is passionate about empowering clinicians and improving patient care through better-designed health technology.
