At Better, she leads the design of Better Meds’ mobile app, creating intuitive interfaces that surface the right information at the right moment, reduce cognitive load, and support safer, more efficient care. Charles is a Product Specialist at Better and a practising emergency medicine doctor in the NHS. He has successfully completed clinical fellowships with Patchwork Health and Bitelabs, strengthening his experience in workforce optimisation, digital transformation, and user-centred product development. Combining clinical insight with digital innovation, he is passionate about empowering clinicians and improving patient care through better-designed health technology.
